Our Policy

Late cancellations:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment,
we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 2 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations that break these rules will cause 50% of the service you booked.

Late Arrivals:

We make an effort to avoid long waiting periods. At LashOut Beauty Bar we provide the most exquisite experience, and therefore, we ask our customers to be on time for their appointments. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please let us know as soon as possible. The service may need to be adjusted to a shorter time frame. If you arrive at least 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule. 


Our salon is committed to providing exceptional services. Unfortunately, when one
customer fails to show up without giving notice, they prevent another client from
booking an appointment. This is why we have a no-show policy that imposes a fee
valued at 50% of the entire cost of the missed service. More than two missed
appointments will result in being banned from our beauty bar.


Right to Refuse:

• Has health issues that may affect or be affected by the service
• Has purposely hidden information of crucial meaning to the service
• Did not show up for their last appointment and/or canceled it too      • Behaves improperly and/or is intoxicated.

Please keep in mind that under given circumstances, our team members may refuse service.
We can do so if we find the person questionable.


Price Policy:

When unsure, please ask your technician before the start your services as their main focus is to deliver you the best experience and service.

Service guarantee & refunds:

We guarantee to provide excellent services, especially keeping up with new trends in the Beauty industry. 
We know accidents could happen, but you can always talk to us with confidence. Our 5 days service guaranteed warranty policy will cover you for the incident below with no charge.
·         * If your gel polish is chipping or peeling, we could do a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation or condition.
·        *  If your New Set of Acrylic nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair it to achieve your satisfaction.    Any other issue please make a report with AJ or Manager on Duty to resolve the issue.  
        * Our 5 days service warranty is to help you as being a customer feel comfortable bringing situations to our attention as well as ensuring 100% positive feedback from our clients.
